I am a Min scout and I was trying to figure out the values, trying to run a 3 Complex Precision Enhancers on a Minja. Although most Gal scouts seem to prefer packing EHP

Yeah if one dampner is 20dB then there is no point in using enhancers since even with 3 I can only get 21dB precision haha. Its kinda weird though since you would assume that Minamatar need the dampening more since Nova knives have a shorter range than Gal scouts

What really affects things is that Gal Scouts have so many low slots and don't need to fill them up with Damps to be effective. That leaves them room to be flexible in ways the other scouts can't. Its the reason they have always been, and continue to be, the number 1 scout. Minjas would be ok if EWAR were a more effective tool, and could be utilized instead of HP, as opposed to along side it, but EWAR changes have gone in a direction I think that is ultimately going to be difficult to balance around until they are changed.
With the abysmal range its rather useless, meaning that a Caldari Assault can spot me from 55m start shooting and I be dead since I am using only ewar modules and stuff and have little to no added eHP

I used a fitting costing less than 10K ISK and I shot a minja with a militia shot gun as he was about to knife me. Felt kinda sad
Sometimes I have been lucky enough to get mutual kills but I see that some players shot and hit me even if I am being blocked by a crate using a shotgun. I think its lag but its impossible to get those kind of kills with a Nova Knife
